What forms of payment do you accept?
Card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) through Stripe, our secure payment partner, or PayPal.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Premium, Pro and Business can be tried for free for 14 days, with every feature and no credit card. When the trial ends, you either subscribe or simply go back to the free plan: your first page stays online with its blocks, anything over the limits (pages, smartlinks, QR codes, domain) is paused, nothing is deleted.
Is there any advertising on my page?
No, no ads at all, even on the free plan. The "Create your own page, free" mention at the bottom of your page can be removed from Premium, with your own signature instead.
What is the benefit of paying yearly?
Save up to 40%: Premium goes from €5 to €3 per month, Pro from €13 to €8, Business from €29 to €19. You can switch to yearly at any time from your account.
Is the domain name included in the subscription?
Your subscription lets you use your own domain names. The domain itself is separate: buy one directly from Allinks, at the price shown before payment, and we set it up for you. Or connect one you already own: copy a few settings at your provider, we do the rest.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time and in one click from your account. Our subscriptions have no commitment: if you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is automatically generated after every payment made from your account.
Can I have a refund?
We offer refunds if something goes wrong or if you change your mind: just contact us.
