Terms

1. Publisher

Allinks is a service published by Kevin Ragonneau EI (sole proprietorship), 38, rue des Mathurins, 75008 Paris, France. Full details are in the legal notice.

2. The service

Allinks lets you create pages in your name (link in bio, mini-site), smartlinks and QR codes, track their statistics and publish them on your own domain name. The features and limits of each plan are detailed on the Pricing page.

3. Your account

• These terms and the privacy policy apply however you create your account: with an email address or with Google or Facebook.
• The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account.
• If you invite members to a team, they access your account with the rights you grant them, and you remain responsible for their actions.

4. Publishing rules

You are solely responsible for the content you publish: texts, images, links, QR codes, tracking pixels and the data you collect from your visitors. You may not publish or redirect to:

• illegal, hateful, violent or harassing content, or content that invades the privacy of others;
• content that infringes the rights of third parties (counterfeiting, identity or trademark theft);
• phishing pages, malware, scams or misleading commercial practices;
• unsolicited messages (spam).

Domain names. The domain name you use with Allinks, ordered from us or already yours, follows the same rules: it must not be sexual, hateful, violent or illegal, imitate a brand, a bank, a public body or a person, or mislead about who holds it. A name that breaks these rules is refused (article 12).

If your pages collect personal data (forms, statistics, pixels), you are responsible for that processing and must inform your visitors. Allinks processes this data on your behalf, as described in section 16.

5. Reporting content

To report content you believe is illegal, use our report form, available at the bottom of every page of the website, or email contact@getallinks.com with:

• the exact address of the content;
• the reasons why you believe it is illegal;
• your name and email address.

Every report is read by a member of our team, quickly. We may remove the content or suspend the account concerned, and we inform its author of our decision and the reasons for it. This address is also our point of contact for authorities and users, in French or English.

6. Account suspension and deletion

If these terms are breached, we may suspend or delete an account or content after informing you, except in an emergency or for manifestly illegal content.

You can delete your account at any time from its settings. Deletion is permanent.

7. Plans and prices

The free plan has no time limit. Pages published with this plan display an Allinks mention.

Paid plans and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. A price change only applies from the next renewal, after you have been informed.

8. Payment

Payment is made by card through Stripe, or through PayPal, when you subscribe and at each renewal. Your invoices are available in your account. Discount codes apply under the conditions announced with each code (eligible plans, validity period, first payment only…).

9. Free trial

The Premium, Pro and Business plans can be tried for free, without a credit card, for the period shown when you subscribe. At the end of the trial, if you do not pay, your account returns to the free plan: nothing is deleted, whatever exceeds its limits is paused, as at the end of a subscription (article 10). Buying a domain name through Allinks is not possible during the trial.

10. Renewal and cancellation

Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same period. You can cancel at any time from your account: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which remains due and is not refunded pro rata.

When a subscription ends, your account returns to the free plan. Your content is not deleted, but content exceeding the free plan's limits may be paused or no longer editable.

11. Right of withdrawal

When paying for a plan, you expressly request immediate access to the service and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal by ticking the box provided, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

12. Domain names

Domain ordered through Allinks. From the Premium plan, once your subscription is paid, you can order a domain name from Allinks. It is registered by Allinks, which holds it, and managed on your behalf. We register it and connect it to your account within 48 business hours. This service is a yearly subscription, billed separately from your plan and renewed every year at the same price, unless the registry of the extension raises its rate, in which case we inform you before the renewal. You can cancel it at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current year. When ordering, you request immediate registration of the domain and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. For any question about your domain, including a transfer, contact us.

Availability and refund. The availability shown during your search is indicative: it is confirmed when the domain is registered, within 48 business hours after your payment, not when you order. Allinks may cancel the order if the domain has been registered by someone else in the meantime, or if the registry sells it at a "premium" rate higher than the price shown (some highly sought-after names cost several hundred euros). You are then notified by email and refunded in full within 14 days, to the payment method used. We may also suggest another name: nothing is registered without your consent.

Domain you already own. You remain its holder and are responsible for configuring it with your provider.

Refused names and deactivation. In both cases, the domain must not infringe the rights of third parties and must follow the rules of article 4: no sexual, hateful, violent or illegal name, no imitation of a brand, a bank, a public body or a person. Allinks reviews every name before registering or activating it, and after any report. If the name itself breaks these rules, we refuse or cancel the order, deactivate the domain if it was already live, and refund in full the amounts paid for this domain. If it is the use of a domain that breaks the publishing rules (content published behind it), we may deactivate it without a refund: a domain you own is disconnected from your account, a domain registered by Allinks is not renewed.

13. Affiliate program

Every user, even on the free plan, has an affiliate link to recommend Allinks. They earn a commission on payments made by people who sign up through that link, during their first 12 months: 20% on the free or Premium plan, 25% on Pro or Business, under the conditions shown on the Affiliate page. A visitor is linked to the affiliate for 30 days after clicking. Each commission is confirmed 30 days after the payment, then can be withdrawn from a €25 balance, by PayPal or bank transfer.

14. Service availability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, under a best-efforts obligation. Interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance or if a provider fails.

15. Liability

Allinks is not responsible for content published by users, nor for third-party services embedded in their pages or to which they redirect. These terms do not limit the rights you have as a consumer.

Sales, donations and appointments on your pages. When you sell a product or a service, receive a donation or offer appointments from your page, you are the sole seller. Payments are collected directly on your own payment account (Stripe, PayPal or any other method you set up): Allinks does not collect any money on your behalf and is not a party to these transactions. You are solely responsible for delivering products, performing services, refunds, invoicing, your tax obligations and complying with consumer law towards your buyers (seller information, terms of sale, right of withdrawal). Any buyer complaint must be addressed to you.

16. Personal data

How your data is processed is described in our privacy policy.

For data about the visitors of your pages, Allinks acts as a processor within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR. Allinks processes this data only to provide the service and according to your instructions, protects it with appropriate security measures, only uses the providers listed in the privacy policy, helps you answer your visitors' requests, and deletes it with your account.

17. Intellectual property

You remain the owner of your content. For the lifetime of your account, you grant Allinks a free, non-exclusive right to host, reproduce and display it, solely to operate the service.

The service, its interface, and the Allinks name and logo are protected. You may not reproduce them without permission.

18. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. In case of a significant change, we will notify you by email or on the website before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If a problem arises, please email us first at contact@getallinks.com: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
