Delete your account

Want to leave? You can, at any time, from your account.

What gets erased

• Your pages, smartlinks and QR codes. QR codes already printed will lead nowhere.
• Your statistics, collected data and sales.
• Your subscription and the renewal of domains bought through Allinks are cancelled: no further charges.

This action is permanent. Remember to export your collected data and sales first.

Delete your account

1. Settings, then Delete my account, at the very bottom.
2. Enter your password to confirm. Signed up with Google or Facebook? First create a password with Forgot password, on the sign-in page.

Another option

If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription: your account goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: whatever exceeds its limits is paused until you pick a plan again. A problem? Write to us, we may find a solution.
